Today is a day for us to remember that not too long ago the struggle of civil rights within our own country. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a figure of these events that have helped shaped our world as it is today and for those in the HR Profession, many labor laws that have set the standards for our workforce.

I would encourage all HR & Business Professionals to learn more about these times and Martin Luther King, Jr and how this has shaped our business environment.
