MAHRA offers the opportunity to connect seasoned professionals with junior practitioners joining the field of Human Resources. The Mentorship Program promotes and enhances the development of HR professionals by creating rewarding experiences within the field of Human Resources. Mentoring offers encouragement, support, and guidance to help one succeed within the career field.

If you are looking for career development opportunities and would like the support of a mentor please recognize our local mentors. Any MAHRA member interested in establishing a mentor relationship will be encouraged to initiate direct contact with their mentor of choice.


If you'd like to volunteer to become a mentor and support this rewarding opportunity please contact John Roller at john.roller@expresspersonnel.com.
To qualify, you need at least 10 years of senior level HR experience as a generalist; preferably hold a professional certification (SPHR, CEBS, CCP, etc.) and most importantly have the desire to help a junior HR practitioner.
