Rebecca Sanborn, JD, President Sanborn Diversity Solutions

Through training and consulting, Rebecca (she/her/hers) helps organizations increase their LGBTQ+ cultural proficiency and ensure they are utilizing best practices for LGBTQ+ inclusion and belonging. Prior to founding Sanborn Diversity Solutions, Rebecca practiced law for 17 years in New Hampshire. She earned her JD from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Professional Certificate and a Certificate in Advanced Employee Relations, both from Cornell University. Rebecca enjoys staying involved in her community, serving as the vice chair of the Board of Directors of Center for Life Management, and as the moderator of the Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber’s monthly “Women Empowering Women Roundtable.” Rebecca lives in Derry with her spouse, her mother, and their menagerie of pets.
