Ken currently serves as the FIRST Senior Mentor for New Hampshire, supporting all the FIRST teams, mentors, and coaches across the state. In this “part-time” role, Ken also works with schools, districts, youth organizations and NH businesses to strengthen existing FIRST programs and establish new programs in areas where there are none. In addition, Ken serves as board member for FIRST New Hampshire, the local non-profit that implements FIRST programs in New Hampshire. Ken’s “day-job” is that of a software engineer, with 30+ years of experience working for startup and medium-sized companies in the telecommunications and networking industries. In his spare time, Ken has mentored for the Hollis Brookline High School FIRST Robotics Competition team for the last 12 years.
Richard Presher (he/him/his)
Human Resources Local (TT/HRL-NA)
Bosch Thermotechnology Corp

Richard works for Bosch Thermotechnology, Corp. as the Human Resources Business Partner supporting their sales operations in Watertown, MA, Londonderry, NH and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I started working with FIRST through my engagement with the Bosch Community Fund and joined the NH FIRST Board in February of this year. As a member of the local community I value FIRST’s mission to prepare young people for the future. The work they do inspires young people to be leaders in STEM which support Bosch’s talent needs and those of the greater community as a whole.
