The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU)
Knowing there is a lack of formal training for executives in charge of their organization’s 401(k) or 403(b) plan, TPSU will be conducting over 70 half-day programs this year at local colleges and universities. These programs are designed to help improve employee outcomes, comprehend/manage fiduciary liability and simplify plan administration.

How it Works
After completing your half-day program conducted by carefully selected and highly trained industry lecturers, program attendees may take online courses to further their knowledge base while earning credits for HR certifications.

TPSU is an affiliate of The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU). The Plan Sponsor University has received national recognition and acclaim for its comprehensive and lively programs where Plan Sponsors learn from their peers and hone their retirement plan oversight skills.

Your local Adjunct David Clayman, a Certified 401k Professional and leading retirement plan practitioner, along with other established retirement industry professionals, will conduct this TPSU Program.

Local TPSU Programs are structured educational stand-alone programs. For individuals who want more than TPSU can deliver in a half-day setting, the TPSU Campus Course can be your first step towards earning the C(k)PF Designation (Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary). Individuals holding the C(k)PF Designation have acquired an expertise in retirement plan design, operation and fiduciary obligations while gaining a broad understanding of multiple techniques which can significantly improve plan outcomes. This program is offered for 5 CPE Credits in Finance, Management Advisory Services, and Regulatory Ethics fields of study.
