Bringing Your
Whole Self to Work
(or Anywhere)

Pubali Chakravorty-Campbell, SHRM-SCP

Bringing one’s whole self to work (or anywhere else life leads us) is easiest when we have a sense of belonging and agency about what we are doing, why we are doing it, and who is alongside us.

But how do we successfully build that sense of belonging and agency for ourselves and our workforce?

Consultant and People Problem Solver Pubali Chakravorty-Campbell, SHRM-SCP, will leverage experiences and stories from her diverse business background to lead audience members through an exploration of the following:

  • The significance of offering employees a sense of belonging and agency in the workplace
  • The role of personal values, trust, and transparency in employee engagement
  • Viewing challenging people and situations as an opportunity (as opposed to a source of conflict)
  • Effective and successful ways for everyone to say ‘This is not right for me’
  • Creating an environment where we encourage and support the success of our workers, even if it means having to say goodbye
  • Celebrating diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
