COVID 2.0- Corona with a Twist
Wednesday, April 7, 2021
7:30 am - 10:00 am (virtual meeting)

In September 2020 we talked about managing through COVID and heard from legal, medical, a people leader and an EAP.  Here we are just over 6 months later and now we have a new challenge- vaccinations.  Can you mandate?  Can you ask?  How do you build it into your policies?  What are other employers doing?

In addition, for many employers and employees things still remain stagnant and burdens have not lessened.  Many managers and employers are trying to determine how to support their employees who may still be in need- what resources does the organization have to share with employees?  COVID 2.0 is predicted to involve heavy behavioral and mental health needs due to ongoing disruption - a topic our panelists will be discussing at length as we work to support our employees.

  • What has changed in the last 6 months?
  • How do we move forward with so much still unknown?
  • What tools can aid employers in these difficult decisions during COVID 2.0?

The panel will be help from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. followed by time for questions and answers with the panelists from 9:05 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
